That's the common expression we may overhear every time we had our PMT. We learned that from Mr. Ely Legada, our PMT Commandant. The funnier thing I could not forget when Sir Legada said that any one may be exempted from the training if he had been circumsized and or no one would be allowed to complete his PMT when he's "potyong." Remember?
