That's an accessory to our boy scout type A uniform. Besides we're wearing them to muffle the sound of our hands when we're done executing the fancy drill. Did you remember at the last part of the drill we clapped our hands then stood in parade dress? Then we're through?

I remember we presented a fancy drill with the instruction of our scoutmaster Henry "Divine Grace" Divinagracia. Rolando Magan was our senior patrol leader. Our scout uniform especially the hat was patterned from PHILCAG uniform. I remember the PHILCAG chief was Gaudencio Tobias. Recently I met his nephew in one of our church meetings, President George Tobias. What a coincidence!
