ENCEE Carinderia was formerly located at the corner of Rodriguez and Valois Ext. Streets. Due to business expansion there, it's forced to be transferred here at the corner of Virto and Burgos Streets, just at the back or across the house of Ruth Iligan. Or just in front of the former Rongo's shop.

It seldom serves fresh seafood. Before just across the defunct Rural Bank, there was a kiosk which sells fresh seafood every late in the afternoon. But "the carabao is no more now!" Remember that it was one of the observation statement of our classmate in our Biology class with Mr. Lapatha.
