I'm sure she is a citizen now.
My wife's family are the Demonteverde's from Dumangas. They immigrated to the US when she was little. She is related to the Demonteverde and Ligason families in La Castellana.

I remember that she was one of the members of the panel of interrogators when I applied for a teaching position in the Division of La Carlota sometime in 1991. She just shot me a question or two. After that no more, then I proceeded to the next interrogators!

yep, that's her.
